Scrappy JOY card

 Hi Stampers!
Did you see my blog post yesterday? If you did, you know exactly where the Confetti punched glimmer paper originated. (grin) Thus the name "Scrappy" JOY card. This card uses Night of Navy card stock embossed with the Lucky Stars textured impressions embossing folder. "Joy" was cut out of a Gold Foil sheet with a framelit from the Wondrous Wreath framelits.  I have a couple TIPs when cutting foil paper in the Big Shot with this framelit. 1) Put a piece of Wax Paper between the framelit and the foil paper for easy removal from the framelit. 2) Use a new, unmarred top plate when running this through the Big Shot. If you place a deeply etched top plate, the marks on the plate will be impressed onto the foil and not look good. (Don't ask me how I know this, ok?)

To finish off the card on the inside, I used some more scraps of silver glimmer paper and gold foil sheets. It is hard to get an image that truly shows the beauty of this simple card.

Happy Stampin!
Judy
