Christmas Tree - Framed Art

Hello Stampers!
How many of you have hoarded, I mean, SAVED designer series paper for a special project?? I am SO good at that!  Well, it came in handy for my team's monthly gathering - Christmas Party where we had a Chinese, hand-crafted, all Stampin' Up!, gift exchange.  I apologize for the "not the best" photo of this project. We ended up having to take it out of the frame to photograph due to glass glare.
I used ONE of the smaller Christmas trees from the Forever Evergreen Project Kit 142994.  Since it was pre-scored for the project, it was easy to make it really 3-D.  I love the way it turned out and hope the recipient will enjoy it for years to come. I originally was going to put it in a 10" x 13" frame without glass but later decided it needed a glass covering so put it in a 12" x 12" scrapbook frame...hence the gold glitter paper on the side.
Hope you will share this with your friends!
Happy Stampin'!

Merry Christmouse!

Hello Stampers!
Today's card is done with the Merry Mice stamp set. Isn't this guy just the cutest?!?  I also incorporated the pre-sale framelits: Stitched Shaped Framelits that will be in the 2017-18 Annual catalog coming to you in June 2017.  In an unprecedented move by Stampin' Up!, they are offering them FOR ONE MONTH ONLY, seven months ahead of the catalog debut.  Click on the icon below to get yours TODAY!  From what I have heard, they are going fast!

An up close view shows the gold Wink-of-Stells on the ornament and star that this little fella is holding.

Did you notice how the Stitched Shapes framelits coordinate with the Layering circles framelits?!? Have fun with these new framelits.

Stampers Dozen Blog Hop - Happy Holidays

 Hello Stampers!
Welcome to the Stampers Dozen Blog Hop! If you are starting here or if you arrived from the talented Carol Payne's or Rachel Yurkanin's blog, I am glad you are here!
Happy Holidays is our focus this month. Here is my contribution:
I continues to be difficult to photograph Glimmer Paper and show the sparkle but this one is sparkly! The red glimmer paper was punched out with the 2" circle punch. The "25" is punched out with the 1-1/4" circle punch. I used mini glue dots exclusively to assemble the ornament then popped it up on the panel with Stampin' dimensionals.

I kept the inside quite simple with room to write a personal note.
The sponging of the Whisper White piece with Cherry Cobbler ink softens the edges on the inside of the card.  I love the This Is Christmas designer series paper!  These are 'my' traditional Christmas colors. I hope you will have a look below and make sure you have all the supplies you need for this card. To order, simply click on the image of the product you are missing.  It is actually quite a simple card. Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks again for hopping along this month! Hope to see you again next month.
