Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something GREEN!

Hello Stampers!
Got to playing with GREEN for St. Patrick's Day and came up with this home decor item. The "something old" is the beer stein from a retired Stampin' Up! set. The "something new" is from a sneak peek stamp set I received at Leadership. It is the owl image in the upper right corner. I love this set and you will too! Coming out in the Annual catalog. "Something borrowed" is the lay-out from Penni Thomas (along with a few squares).  So, there you have it. If you would like to make your very own 8"x8" sampler, please visit my website and RSVP on the calendar of events.
Happy Stampin'!

St. Patrick's Day Treat

Hi Stampers!
Valentine's Day is behind us. Hope everyone got all of the flowers, kisses and chocolates they wanted! I want to share a project that my stamp clubs are doing this month. I LOVE it because it is EASY and RECYCLES! Yes, I have used empty brad/button/trinket containers (and/or the lids) to make this quick treat container to get a few  March smiles!  (You can click on any picture to make it bigger)

I have used Garden Green 2-1/4" x 8-1/2" and Basic Black card stock 1" x 8-1/2" to make the body of this hat. Base is a die cut 3-1/2" circle and the inside circle is the largest circle on the Circles #2 die. I used the 1" square punch and the postage punch to make the buckle and the small heart punch and 1/2 circle punch to make the 4 leaf clover that was mini glue dotted to a hat pin (found in the Occasions Mini catalog) Of course it needed some bling...thank you Dazzling Details!!

This is a sample of things, besides cards, we do in my Clubs. So, if you would like to join a club, please contact me at 361-649-4103.

Happy Stampin'!
